How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 flat rate, arrives 10-15 days after dispatch
Free Shipping (EMS): Free on orders over $50, arrives 15-25 days after dispatch
All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our Albuquerque headquarters, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
How are fragile items packaged?
We take special care with all healthcare products, using appropriate padding and protective materials. Liquid supplements are bubble-wrapped and boxed separately when needed to prevent damage during transit.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Please note:
– Prescription diets must be unopened
– Healthcare supplements must be in original, sealed containers
– Personalized collars and tags cannot be returned
